On my list of days
101 things to do in 1001 days, I wanted to do an adult ed class. I was not sure what that entailed but I wanted to learn SOMETHING new that could be beneficial to my life. As I discussed in my last post,
San Antonio, I described how my life goal is to travel. Since right now we are tied down with Jason in school, I want to do everything I can to plan for our future travel experiences. With all that said, I went online and bought a beginner DSLR camera and a beginner photography course. I watched some videos online on DSLR cameras before the course and the course was more of a review but it went into more depth which made the material stick more. Also there was about a 45 minute period in class where we could go outside the classroom and practice what we learned. I was surprised how different my photos turned out with small adjustments on my camera.
Below is a before, after, and photoshopped. I didn't do much in photoshop but it brought out a little more color.

Now that I am home I can practice on my model
I know I still have some improvement but for now I am proud of the progress I have made. Now all I need to do is go on some trips!
